At Glitter Gemstones, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at our email with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.
  • Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [7-14 business days].
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at our email within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items eligible for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, in original packaging, etc.).
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
